Britney Spears's former manager Sam Lutfi says she’s in good mental health now. Lutfi was given a restraining order against the Toxic singer in 2008 when she had her breakdown that included her infamous head-shaving. He told TMZ, "[Britney was] expressing her independence and freedom. Hopefully she'll get a chance to do it again," "There's nothing wrong with Britney, she's awesome."
