Britney Spears flew to Germany yesterday (Nov. 24) to promote her new album ‘Circus,’ which will be released on her birthday’s on Dec. 2. The ‘Womanizer’ singer will next head to England, where she will act on Simon Cowell’s ‘X Factor.’ In her trip, Britney is joined by her manager Larry Rudolph, business associates and her father Jamie spears. She is belated to kick off a worldwide tour in the spring of next year, reports People.com
